Residential Breaking and Entering
24007086: On 2/7/24 at approximately 5:39 PM, Somerville Police responded to a residence on Michigan Ave for report of a past breaking and entering. Upon arrival, officers spoke with the victim who stated the residence was being used as an Airbnb and she heard noises coming from the garage. Officers conducted a walkthrough of the garage and did not locate anyone but found a backpack and sweatshirt left behind.
Residential Breaking and Entering
24007121: On 2/7/24 at approximately 9:16 PM, Somerville Police responded to a residence on Nevada Ave for report of a past breaking and entering. Upon arrival, officers spoke with the victim who stated they returned home and observed a male party walking out of the house. A marijuana grinder was reported missing.
Assault
24006912: On 2/6/24 at approximately 9:43 PM, Somerville Housing Police responded to a fight on North St. Upon arrival, officers spoke with the victim who stated he was attacked by five males wearing masks and hoodies. Three of the suspects were known to the victim. The victim suffered injuries to his ear and lip.
Commercial Breaking and Entering
24007949: On 2/12/24 at approximately 3:14 AM, Somerville Police responded to a business in Union Sq for report of a breaking and entering in progress. Upon arrival, officers spoke with an employee who stated he fell asleep in the office and was awoken to a loud noise. He then noticed two males wearing all black breaking display cases and stealing numerous purses. He yelled at them and they fled the area.
Commercial Breaking and Entering
24008176: On 2/13/24 at approximately 8:07 AM, Somerville Police responded to a business on Medford St for report of a past breaking and entering. Upon arrival, officers spoke with the reporting party who stated on Saturday night, a woman broke in via the back door and took various items off the shelves. The female suspect was accompanied by a male party who waited outside the building.

24008025: On 2/12/24 at approximately 1:08 PM, Somerville Police responded to a residence on Mt. Pleasant St for report of a past breaking and entering. Upon arrival, officers spoke with the victim who stated someone stole numerous pieces of copper from the residence.
