Somerville Police Respond to Robbery

21057566: On 11/1/21 at approximately 3:20 PM, Somerville Police responded to a business near Mystic Ave and Revolution Dr for report of a shoplifter. Upon arrival, officers spoke with an employee who stated he observed a man shoplifting and confronted him. The man then became hostile and struck the employee multiple times. The suspect was described as senior bald black man, with a thin build. He fled in a red Dodge Charger.
