Somerville Police Respond to Residential Breaking & Entering

21041657: On 8/11/21 at approximately 10:20 AM, Somerville Police responded to a multifamily residence in the area of Broadway & Melvin St for report of a past breaking and entering. Upon arrival, officers spoke with the victim who stated she was out of the house and when returned at approximately 2 PM, she noticed money and a jewelry box were missing.

21042396: On 8/15/21 at approximately 8:40 AM, Somerville Police responded to a multifamily residence on Mt. Vernon St for report of a breaking and entering. Upon arrival, officers spoke with the victim who stated that while lying in bed, he observed two males sitting on his couch. Officers were able to identify the two male suspects.

21042257: On 8/14/21 at approximately 12:30 PM, Somerville Police responded to a multifamily residence on Munroe St for report of a past attempted breaking and entering. Upon arrival, officers spoke with the victim who stated an unknown party tried to force their way into his residence. The victim yelled and the suspect left the area.

21042428: On 8/15/21 at approximately 2:00 PM, Somerville Police responded to a multifamily residence on Gorham St for report of a past breaking and entering. Upon arrival, officers spoke with the victim who stated on 8/12/21 at approximately 7 PM, he observed his backyard shed was open and his bicycle was missing.

21042392: On 8/15/21 at approximately 8:00 AM, Somerville Police responded to an apartment complex on Weston Ave for report of a past breaking and entering. Upon arrival, officers spoke with the victim who stated money was missing from his bag.
