In a continuing effort to improve the processing and delivery of crash reports, your filed crash reports will now be available for your convenience online.

Note: For your convenience and to improve the processing and delivery of crash reports, filed crash reports will be available online. Your report must be filed within 5 days after a crash (unless the person is physically incapable of doing so due to incapacity). If the operator is incapacitated but is not the vehicle's owner, the owner is required to file the crash report within the 5 days based on his/her knowledge and information obtained about the crash.
